My baby bicep is growing!
My legs are trashed, like absolutely trashed. Pushing myself on squats yesterday plus running plus yoga just did it in. Thank god for salt soaks and hot baths.
Also my daily intake, which for the first time in a couple days doesn’t suck:
Oatmeal with ground flax and raw honey
Low carb wrap with extra lean turkey, salad greens, avocado, tomato and a wedge of laughing cow lite cheese
Soba noodles with tempeh
A square of dark chocolate
One month of P90X, same weight. Just some fat loss.
